Today, I wanted to play with watercolours and masking tape. I tried something complicated with art and poetry (the inked portions) on Sunday afternoon but messed it up. After hearing encouraging remarks from a friend, I taped another layer and splashed out on a new idea.

I think of you often and wonder how you are, well I hope! But what’s interesting is as I clicked on your link from your “like” on my post, I was thinking…oh how I often think of you and poof there’s the word Think, I smiled and thought how amazing the Universe is. How lovely of you to reach out, Deb. Thank you. I am doing a lot better today. I kept going backwards and forwards with healing. I now understand that when I’m almost ready to give up, it’s at the point when the pain of regeneration is about to ebb. I wish you the best of health and happiness for the season and beyond.
